SHIPPING INFORMATION.
Under normal conditions shipments will be made within 2 working days of receipt of payment. It is normal to make the shipment the next business day after receiving the payment.

In the case of cash on delivery, the order will be sent within 2 days of receiving the order.

In case of payment by bank transfer, the shipment will be made within 2 days after receipt of payment.

Shipments to the Canary Islands are not exempt from the DUA at the destination charged by Customs of the Canary Islands. It is an amount outside of Air Custom Paint.

INFORMATION ON RETURNS.

a) Returns in cases of factory defects.
Items with factory faults that manifest within two years of delivery will be replenished. The client must inform us of the lack of conformity within two months of being aware of it. The guarantee regulated by the brand in question will be activated and the process will be as follows:
The customer must send us the defective product and Air Custom Paint will send it to the warranty department of the brand in question pending resolution on it. If the factory defect is confirmed, the material will be replaced and sent back to your customer at no additional cost.

b) Returns in case of materials received in poor condition.
If the package presents bumps, stains, breaks or other damage at the time of receipt by the customer, the existence of these must be noted on the delivery note, so that Air Custom Paint can exercise the guarantee established with the transport company. Likewise, the client must report the damage before the first 24 hours after receiving it.

c) Other cases.
Returns of material will not be accepted without prior written consent by Air Custom Paint, nor after 15 days from the delivery of the material. In any case, the returns that are not within the cases a) and b) above will not imply, in any case, the payment of the shipping costs incurred by the initial shipment, as well as the costs corresponding to the return shipping .
